Founder-led, direct and accountable.

RegumWeb OÜ is an Estonian web and software company founded and led by Mait Konts. The practical promise is simple: clear scope, lean implementation and direct access to the person responsible for the work.

The story

Why we exist.

RegumWeb was registered in Estonia in December 2022. Its public offer covers web design and development, custom WordPress functionality, Python-based tools and urgent website repair or changes.

The company is intentionally presented as founder-led. That means fast decisions and direct accountability, but it also means scope, response targets and continuity need to be explicit rather than hidden behind agency language.

Alongside client website work, RegumWeb develops Arena Teams, Card Battle District / BishBosh and Netorbus. These owner-built products demonstrate systems engineering without being presented as client results.

Engineering philosophy

Boring where it counts.

  • Proven tools over fashionable ones. Laravel, typed frontends, tested paths.
  • Performance is a requirement, not a stretch goal.
  • Code is written for whoever maintains it in three years.
  • Security decisions are documented, never improvised.

Design philosophy

Dramatic where it pays.

  • A website is a stage — first impressions are a business asset.
  • Motion is designed with intent, never sprinkled on.
  • Typography and spacing carry more luxury than any stock photo.
  • Accessibility is part of craft, not a compliance checkbox.

The manifesto

Rules we don't bend.

  1. State what is known

    A public claim should have evidence or a clear boundary. Unknown project history, metrics and release status stay labelled as unknown.

  2. Tell clients the truth

    Timelines, budgets, risks, ownership and whether the requested solution is actually justified are discussed directly.

  3. Design for ownership

    Domains, hosting, accounts, source, documentation and renewal responsibilities should survive the end of a project.

  4. Stay small and direct

    You communicate with the person responsible for the technical work, without an account-manager relay race.

  5. Leave a supportable system

    Version control, staging, recovery, proportionate tests and handover documentation are treated as delivery work.
