Our work follows five clear steps.

Five steps keep the goal, scope and progress clear, from the first conversation to handover.

  1. Qualify

    Confirm the problem, business impact, decision-maker, budget logic, deadline, and system ownership. Unsafe or unsuitable work is rejected early.

  2. Discover

    Inventory users, content, integrations, data, access, constraints, and success measures. Facts are separated from requested solutions before pricing.

  3. Plan

    Define outcome, scope, exclusions, acceptance criteria, milestones, ownership, payment, change control, warranty, and support boundaries.

  4. Build

    Work in reviewable increments with version control, staging, proportionate tests, and recorded decisions for material changes.

  5. Verify & hand over

    Test critical journeys, deploy with rollback criteria, document ownership and recovery, then agree ongoing care or a clean close.
