Your code, terminal and Git in one Windows workspace.

Core editing works locally without a RegumWeb account. Use Monaco tabs, split view, Markdown preview, workspace search, conflict review and best-effort recovery for unsaved text. Dark and light themes, keyboard commands and configurable editor and terminal preferences let you adapt the workspace.

Git, external language servers and the Grok coding agent are optional tools installed separately. The RegumAI connection starts disabled and shares only the open documents you explicitly grant; requested edits and saves need your approval in the IDE. Installed IDE extensions run as trusted code, so install only extensions you trust.

What you can do.

  • Browse local project folders, use indexed Quick Open, and review workspace search-and-replace results before applying them.
  • Edit with Monaco tabs, split view, Markdown preview, line-ending controls, dark and light themes, and keyboard commands.
  • Review disk conflicts and unsaved changes before closing files; use best-effort local recovery when a snapshot is available.
  • Open multiple terminal sessions, search their output and run detected project tasks in your chosen shell.
  • Stage and review Git changes, make commits, switch branches, inspect history and stashes, and confirm remote synchronization.
  • Add diagnostics, completion, definitions, references, rename and formatting through supported external language servers.
  • Use a separately installed and authenticated Grok CLI for streamed chat, selected context, permission prompts and proposed changes.
  • Opt in to RegumAI for selected open documents, including unsaved text and diagnostics; review requested edits and saves in the IDE.

Version 1.0.3

RegumIDE 1.0.3 rebuilds the Windows x64 release candidate with targeted dependency security updates. It retains local code editing, terminals, Git, language services and the optional RegumAI connection. Validated on Windows 11 x64. Windows 10 version 1809 or later is an intended target and has not been separately validated. Clean-machine, extended accessibility and long-session acceptance remain open. The application interface is in English. The installer targets the current Windows user. Microsoft Edge WebView2 is required; the included bootstrapper needs an internet connection if that runtime is missing. Node.js and Rust are not required for ordinary installed use. Git 2.23+, external language servers and a compatible, authenticated Grok CLI are separate optional tools. Save your work, close RegumIDE and back up important project files and settings before installation. The earlier local beta numbered 1.1.0 sorts newer than 1.0.3: unattended downgrade is blocked. Use the interactive replacement option and retain personal data. Uninstall preserves personal data unless you explicitly choose to remove it. The RegumAI connection is disabled by default and requires separate document grants and approval for edits or saves. Prompts and shared context can reach the configured provider. IDE extensions are trusted executable code. Read the included privacy notice before using optional integrations. Free for personal and business use under the included ISC license. Regum Music 1.0.0 is now publicly available as a Windows x64 installer signed by RegumWeb OÜ. Freeware for personal and business use. This release includes automatic missing-file cleanup, song/album/artist metadata editing, playlist and queue improvements, and playback fixes. Close Regum Music and connected AI clients before upgrading, and back up your existing profile. The installer preserves your library, playlists and settings; uninstalling preserves the profile too. Supported audio formats are MP3, FLAC, PCM WAV, Ogg Vorbis, AAC/M4A and AIFF. DRM-protected audio is not supported. Online downloads and optional third-party AI connections require their own setup and network access.

Regum 3D is a Windows polygon modeler for creating, editing and inspecting static 3D models. Start with adjustable shapes, work with objects, vertices, edges and faces, and preview modeling operations before applying them. Projects are stored on your computer.

  • Start from boxes, spheres, cylinders, cones, toruses, planes and lathe shapes with an editable profile.
  • Select objects, vertices, edges or faces using click, box, lasso or brush selection, with X-ray selection through the model.
  • Preview extrude, inset, bevel and sliding loop cuts; draw knife cuts and enter exact lengths for extrude, inset and bevel.
